We're an independent advisor, not a brokerage. We represent you and only you — so the diligence is honest and so are the recommendations. The process is built around the four moments where land deals in Mexico most often go wrong.
Acquisition
Finding the right parcel.
We start with what you can't find on a listing page: relationships, off-market parcels, and private viewings. We match the land to what you've told us you need — frontage, privacy, build envelope, distance to services — and we go see it in person, not just on a screen.
Verification
We check everything, independently.
Title chain review, permit and environmental review, a services audit (water, power, road access), survey verification, and a legal opinion. We hire our own counsel and surveyors, and we represent you start to finish — so what we tell you is straight.
Architecture & Build
The right people to build it.
We introduce a short list of architects, structural engineers, and builders whose work we've watched for years. We help set the brief, the schedule, and the budget, and we keep everyone talking to each other.
Closing & Stewardship
Through closing and into the home.
Notario coordination, fideicomiso setup, escrow, and post-close stewardship — utility transfers, property management introductions, and the standing point of contact through the build.
